Return Policy
At OneStopScuba.com, we are proud to offer the most flexible return policy in the industry: a 31-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise. If it is within 31 days and the items are new with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund on any item. If it is between 31 - 90 days and the items are new, there is just a 15% restocking fee. To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll take care of the rest! Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals. Please include the No Problem Return Form with a copy of your receipt. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.) In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 31 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Exchanges and Substitutions From time to time, OneStopScuba.com may, in its sole discretion, substitute or exchange products or portions of a product. Any consumer initiated exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, and all original packaging and literature must accompany returned products and all products must be in as new condition. To assist our Christmas shoppers, any items purchased from November 20th until December 24th, can be exchanged in new condition with all original packaging until January 5th, or 13 days after purchase – whichever time period is longer. Shipping Details All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 13 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 14 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time. We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock is subject to prior sale. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. Orders paid for by bank wire will be subject to a $250 order minimum, or a $25 service charge. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide. OneStopScuba.com will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to OneStopScuba.com The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final. Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to OneStopScuba.com All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address. Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than "Ship To" Name and Address. Exchanges through the mail are also subject to this shipping fee. If we are shipping your order out of state, it is not subject to sales tax (Utah – 6.50%). We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly. International Shipping Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees - this amount is automatically calculated when you check out for specific countries (Click Here for Details). Due to extra Security measures that are being taken for card holder protection there is a $250 order minimum, or a $25 service charge. International orders are shipped by Federal Express/UPS/USPS and will be billed at our actual cost. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used or if you want to pay by wire transfer, bankers check or draft we can ship to any address in the world once we receive payment. Orders to Canada will be shipped via US Mail, which does not allow package tracking. There may be additional taxes and duty fees, and delays as the package goes through customs Shortages and Shipping Damage It is the responsibility of the Customer to check all packages for accuracy of contents within 48 hours of receipt. No items shall be invoiced unless shipped. If any shortages occur, it is the responsibility of the Customer to contact OneStopScuba.com with 48 hours of receipt of package to file a claim for missing goods. In the case of shipping damage, the Customer will file a claim with the shipper. Payment Terms Terms of payment are within OneStopScuba.com's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by OneStopScuba.com, payment must be received by OneStopScuba.com prior to OneStopScuba.com's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support may be made by PayPal, credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless OneStopScuba.com has agreed to credit terms. OneStopScuba.com may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon OneStopScuba.com until accepted by OneStopScuba.com. Any quotations given by OneStopScuba.com will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Warranties THE LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO SCUBA EQUIPMENT ARE INCLUDED FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCTS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES. ONESTOPSCUBA.COM MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN ONESTOPSCUBA.COM'S APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATEMENT IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. ANY SUCH WARRANTIES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, AND ONESTOPSCUBA.COM WILL BE OBLIGATED TO HONOR ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, ONLY UPON ONESTOPSCUBA.COM'S RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM TO BE WARRANTED. OneStopScuba.com acts as a retailer. Any warranty and technical support provided on third-party products purchased through OneStopScuba.com's are provided by the original manufacturer and not by OneStopScuba.com. These products may be returned only in accordance with the return policy in effect on the date of invoice. The warranties and technical support may vary from product to product. OneStopScuba.com continually upgrades and revises its products and service offerings to provide OneStopScuba.com customers with new products and service offerings.
