Question: How do I place an order? You can place your order online with our secure online shopping cart, or you may call us at 1.800.948.9579, or you can fax your order to 1.801.491.7099. Question: What is the Shipping Time? We ship your Scuba Products to you using DHL Ground. Shipping time is generally 5-7 days, but we guarantee your order will arrive within 13 days. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees. DHL offers excellent insurance rates if you desire to insure your shipment. Question: What if an item is out of stock? You can order with confidence that all the items that are marked as "In Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare instance there will be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can happen for a number of reasons, ie; we recieved more orders then we had in stock, we have it, but it's defective, etc.) In such instances, our customer service department will contact you, We will discuss your options with you at that time. Question: What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major forms of payment: Money Orders, Personal & Business Checks, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (Orders paid by Check will be held for 10 business days for clearing.) Question: What is your privacy policy We do not obtain personally identifying information about you during your use of the web site, unless you choose to provide it. If you do choose to add information about yourself to the site -- for example, purchasing an item -- we do not share your data with any third parties. Question: Is there Express Shipping? We do offer Express Shipping for Scuba Orders by special request. We know you would like to get your Scuba Products quick. Please contact us for details and pricing options. Question: I’m looking for a particular item. I see that you have some of the manufacturer’s stuff. Why don’t you carry all of the products of a certain manufacturer? Good Question! And one that sets us apart from other sellers. But I’ve got a question for you to consider: Do you think every product a scuba manufacturer makes is a great product? The answer is simple: No. Think about this, do you think every car that GM or Honda makes is a great car? Of course not. So we take quite a different approach at OneStopScuba.com: Carry the products that offer the most for the money and don’t carry the junk! That said, call and ask us if that might be the case with the product in question. We may have other suggestions that might suit you even better.
