Roatan is one of the three main islands that composes the Bay Islands: Guanaja, Utila, and Roatan. It is located 30 miles off the Northern coast of Honduras (840 miles from Miami). For several years these islands were unknown. Recently, they were rediscovered and are now considered some of the most beautiful islands and best dive locations in the Caribbean. The Bay Islands are situated on the second largest barrier reef in the world. Just minutes from the resort, you will find beautiful coral gardens, brightly colored sponges, coves and wrecks. Roatan is 30 miles long and 4 miles wide. It is covered with tropical vegetation and the white sand beaches are bordered by countless coconut trees.
